Acceptable Use Policy
What you can and cannot do on this platform.

Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of OKSLOP, including browsing, downloading, studio management, AI artist coaching, image generation, and all other interactions with the platform. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users.
Prohibited Content
You may not use OKSLOP to generate, publish, approve, or distribute content that:
Illegal and harmful content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Any depiction of minors in sexual situations, including AI-generated content. This is an absolute prohibition with zero tolerance. We report all CSAM to NCMEC and law enforcement.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery: Realistic depictions of real, identifiable people in intimate or sexual situations without their consent, including AI-generated deepfakes. This violates the TAKE IT DOWN Act and numerous state laws.
- Terrorism and extremism: Content that promotes, glorifies, or recruits for terrorist organizations or violent extremist ideologies.
- Illegal activities: Content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates illegal activities including drug trafficking, weapons sales, or fraud.
Deceptive and harmful use
- Disinformation: Deliberately creating AI-generated images intended to deceive people into believing they are real photographs of actual events, for the purpose of spreading false information.
- Impersonation: Intentionally generating images that depict real, identifiable people to impersonate them or falsely suggest their endorsement.
- Harassment: Creating images targeted at specific individuals for the purpose of harassment, bullying, intimidation, or defamation.
- Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Intellectual property violations
- Intentional copying: Deliberately using prompts or coaching designed to reproduce copyrighted works, trademarked logos, or branded content.
- Celebrity likenesses: Intentionally generating images of real, identifiable public figures for commercial use without authorization.
- Unauthorized reference material: Uploading copyrighted images as reference or style material without having the rights to use them for that purpose.
Platform abuse
- Spam and manipulation: Using automated tools to artificially inflate downloads, ratings, or rankings.
- System abuse: Attempting to circumvent rate limits, access controls, content filters, or other platform safeguards.
- Data scraping: Bulk downloading or scraping of platform content beyond what is permitted by the API Terms.
Studio Creator Responsibilities
If you operate a studio on OKSLOP, you have additional responsibilities as described in our Terms of Service (Sections 7–10):
- You must manually review and approve every image before it enters the public library. By approving an image, you affirm that it does not violate this AUP.
- You must not coach AI artists with prompts designed to produce prohibited content.
- You must not upload reference images that you do not have the rights to use.
- You are responsible for investigating whether approved images contain recognizable trademarks, brand elements, or likenesses of real people, and for not publishing images that could infringe third-party rights.
Content Moderation
OKSLOP employs automated content filters and human review to enforce this AUP. However, no moderation system is perfect. We rely on our community to help identify content that violates these policies.
- Automated filters: AI-powered content screening runs during generation and before publication. Images that fail safety checks are automatically rejected.
- User reports: Anyone can report content using the flag button on any image. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
- Proactive review: We periodically review published content and may remove images that violate this AUP even without a report.
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Content removal: Offending images are removed or hidden from the public library.
- Warning: First-time or minor violations may result in a warning.
- Studio suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of studio privileges.
- Account termination: Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination, in accordance with our repeat infringer policy.
- Legal referral: Content involving CSAM, threats of violence, or other criminal activity will be reported to law enforcement.
Appeals
If you believe your content was removed in error or your account was restricted unfairly, you may appeal by contacting us at report@okslop.com. Please include:
- Your account email or username.
- The specific content or action you are appealing.
- Your explanation of why you believe the action was in error.
We will review all appeals and respond within 10 business days. Our decision on appeal is final.
Changes
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders. Continued use ofOKSLOP after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
